Tablet drawings
Since 2017, Pola Dwurnik has been regularly creating drawings using a stylus on a tablet screen. These primarily illustrate books. In 2022, she used this technique to create a graphic novel based on Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz’s last novel, “The Only Way Out”. (Polish: “Jedyne wyjście”). The graphic novel was published by National Museum in Warsaw the same year. In 2024, Dwurnik also created 12 illustrations for the new Polish and Ukrainian translations of John Milton’s British literary classic, “Paradies Lost.” The book was published by Biblioteka Sładka in Katowice.
